One in a Million!

What a rare catch by little Jason! Maybe not one in a million but we've collectively only ever seen this done once before. He hooked and left his catch (small yellow snapper) near the bottom long enough for it to be attacked by a He'e (Hawaiian Octopus) also locally called by its Japanese name, tako. The pole got heavy and the He'e caught a ride to the boat. How cool for everyone! For survival reasons, we let him go in the shallows!
